Our shipping system automatically selects the courier that offers the best combination of price and delivery speed for your location.

Canada

We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Canada.

    • Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD

    • $7.99 CAD flat-rate shipping

Please note that we are unable to ship to Canadian PO Boxes.

United States

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

    • Free shipping on orders over US$75

    • US$12.99 flat-rate

Good news: Import fees are included with U.S. shipments, so you won’t pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.

Please note that we are unable to ship to US PO Boxes.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Available shipping methods for your country will be displayed during checkout. If you’re looking for additional shipping options, feel free to contact us—we’ll gladly explore alternative solutions whenever possible.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other customs charges imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Aurora Loonie is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or any other import-related charges.

We are unable to ship international orders to PO Boxes.

 

Processing Times

Every Aurora Loonie product is carefully made with attention to quality before being shipped from our facility in Canada.

Most orders are shipped using standard ground service. If you require faster delivery, please contact us after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange an express shipping upgrade (additional charges apply).

Estimated Transit Times

Estimated delivery within Canada is approximately 1–5 business days for most destinations. Estimated delivery to US is approximately 2–6 business days for most destinations. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

 

Damaged Shipments

We carefully package every order using materials that help protect your products during transit. While damage is uncommon, it can occasionally occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

    1. If any glass is broken, please handle the package carefully to avoid injury.

    1. Take clear photos of:
        • the shipping box (outside)

        • the packaging materials

        • the damaged product(s)

    1. Email the photos, your order number, and the quantity of damaged items to support@auroraloonie.ca.

Some carriers may require the damaged package to be inspected before a claim can be processed. If this is necessary, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aurora Loonie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To help prevent theft, we recommend shipping your order to a secure location, such as:

    • your workplace

    • a trusted friend or family member

    • a courier pickup location (where available)
